Vermont's Largest Ethnic Groups


English is the largest ethnicity in Vermont, claimed by almost 18% of the population. Vermont also has a large French influence, owing to it's shared border with Quebec to the North. French and French Canadians are 13.8% and 8.4% of the population, respectively.
