Minnesota's Largest Ethnic Groups


German-Americans are the largest ethnic group in Minnesota, making up almost 36% of residents. Also noteworthy is the large Norwegian influence: Norwegian-Americans are the state's 2nd largest ethnicity at almost 16% of Minnesotans.
